Visiting the salon

Travelling By Car:

There is  Pay & Display parking directly outside the salon premises.

There are also several NCP car parks nearby.

Travelling By Train:

The Salon is located next to the James Street Train Station (Water Street entrance)

We are 4 mins walk from Old Hall Street train station.

Travelling By Bus:

We are a 10 mins walk from Queens Square Bus Staion and 8 mins walk from Liverpool One Bus Station.

Tuesday:         9.00am – 6.00pm

Wednesday:   9.30am – 6.00pm

Thursday:       9.30am – 6.00pm

Friday:             9.00am – 6.00pm

Saturday:        9.00am – 4.00pm

Sunday:          Closed

Arrivals and Departures

To ensure the smooth running of our salon it is important clients arrive on time for their treamtents.  Clients arriving late may find their treatment time reduced to ensure we don’t keep others waiting.  We shall endeavour to run on time to the best of our ability.

On completion of your treatment payment may be made by cash or credit/debit cards with chip and pin.

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

We require 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule appointments; otherwise a 50% charge will be made.  Some treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking, please enquire at reception

Course Bookings

All courses must be pre-paid in full and are non-transferable

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase at reception and valid for six months. Please quote voucher number at the time of booking.  Gift vouchers must be produced on day of treatment as proof of purchase.   Lost or stolen vouchers will be deemed invalid.

Please Note

Clients with any health issues, allergies, ailments please inform the beauty therapist before treatments begin.  All clients are required to complete a Client Consultation Form when they first visit the salon and are requested to inform the salon of any changes whilst a client at Infinity.  This ensures all salon information for clients is up to date.

If you are suffering any symptoms of illness, please contact the salon ASAP to cancel your appointment.

Most treatments offered are for persons over the age of 16 with the exception of manicures, file & polish & some facials which may be suitable for persons over the age of 14. 


Would clients please ensure all valuables are stored safely, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Mobile Phones

For your relaxation and that of others would clients please turn off mobile phones during treatments.
